so i'm actually just gonna start this post with a side note. i'm pretty sure i've felt more emotions than not on the spectrum of emotion today than not. i'm all over the place! maybe it's the weather. sure. it's the weather, right?
anyway. can i tell you about my day? i'll be brief. holy cow. my posts are too long. it's like a disease. blog-itis. i should get a tumblr. that is a thing of fewer words, so i hear.
ok so:
8:30AM-wake up (after going to bed at 2. sleep. i want you. bad).
9:15AM-get claire. get jordan. leave for salt lake cityy.
(drive, love google maps, drive, listen to awesome music/conference, drive)
10:35AM-get to grandma's apartment. watch conference, get ready
NOONish-get joined by grandma, josh/girlfriend, cody/girl eat delicious chicken salad sandwiches
1:30PM-head over to the conference center. walk by Elder Quentin L. Cook. stand in unbelievably long conference line. see ash and her friends for a minute. wait in line some more.
2:05PM-finally get let in. the plaza where our seats were supposed to be is full. we go find seats on the balcony.
conference. conference. conference. conference. SO GOOD.
4PM-go back to grandma's. hang out with grandma/indian friends, chill, change, etc.
6PMish-go to my favorite place in the world/liberty park (they are one in the same) with claire while jordan was at priesthood. we walked, we talked, we photographed each other/things.
8PMish-back to grandma's to pick up jordan/say goodbye
drive back to provo. listen to extremely good music. sing really loud. drive in rain. :)
9PM...or maybe it was 10PMish. whatever. P.F. CHANG'S mmmmmmmmmmm. my abs hurt from laughing so hard at dinner. and the food was so good. chicken lettuce wraps. chicken lo mein. fried rice. won ton soup. mini dessert. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
11:30PM-emergency walmart run.
the end.
ok. now some pictures. i'm confident in your ability to match the pictures to the aforementioned events. hope you all have a fabulous general conference weekend. remember to turn it into specific conference ;) much love--Mary
